Mechanical structure design
Bearing type:
Ordinary hinges adopt a single axis structure, with a load-bearing capacity of ≤ 50kg;
Heavy duty hinges (such as our OHJ-70 series) are equipped with needle roller bearings, with a load-bearing capacity of up to 120kg and a switching frequency of over 100000 times.
Strengthening rib layout: The hinge arm is not designed as a flat surface, but is formed into an "I" - shaped three-dimensional support through stamping (as shown in the figure), which increases the bending strength by 40%.
Material thickness and process
Door weight ≤ 80kg: It is recommended to use 3mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, laser cutting to ensure that the edges are free of burrs and stress concentration.
Door weight>80kg: Made of 4-5mm sheet metal and subjected to heat treatment and tempering (hardness HRC28-32) to avoid internal microcracks caused by cold processing.
Installation supporting plan
