A: In the headphone market, precision hardware components directly affect product durability and user experience. We specialize in the R&D and production of headphone steel strips, with significant advantages in material selection, structural design and processing technology.

Material Science & Elastic Design:

Our headphone steel strips mainly adopt SUS301 and SUS304 materials. Among them, SUS301 stainless steel strip features high strength, good elasticity and uniform flat surface, suitable for wide headbands. Its hardness ranges from 3/4H, FH (Full Hard) to EH (Extra Hard).

SUS304 generally uses 1/2H (Half Hard) material, which is rolled to achieve high hardness and high elasticity for headbands. It is suitable for narrow headbands that require high toughness.

We recommend the optimal material and process plan according to customer requirements, ensuring the headband can recover its shape even after tens of thousands of stretching cycles.

Precision Machining & Surface Treatment:

We own a complete set of in-house headband processing equipment to ensure high-quality production and strict process control. Besides conventional machines such as flatteners, looping machines, punching machines, lathes, milling machines and grinding machines, we have also independently developed special machines including synchronous rounding machines and slotting machines dedicated to headband production.

Width precision can be controlled within ±0.03mm, thickness precision within ±0.01mm, and contour precision within ±0.3mm.

Innovative Structural Design for Improved Product Life:

We have adopted advanced design concepts of sliding arm steel structure from the industry. For example, we use a separated steel sheet structure (the first and second steel sheets are independent). If a single sheet breaks due to unexpected force, it will not cause failure of the entire headphone adjustment mechanism, thus greatly improving overall service life and maintainability.

This modular design concept is an important way for us to provide added value to customers’ products.

Through continuous improvement in the above three aspects, we can provide headphone brands with steel strip solutions that not only meet basic functions but also excel in durability, safety and user experience.

We are equipped with surface treatment equipment including flat wire drawing machines, magnetic polishing machines, conventional polishing machines and sandblasting machines. We provide surface treatments such as double-side wire drawing, polishing and electrophoresis.
